Trumpeter Swan family near McCanna
	Trumpeter Swan family, perhaps the first nesting record in ND since before 1900. This pair likely originated from reintroductions in neighboring states (MN??). May be same pair photographed June 2005, image found elsewhere in this gallery.

Trumpeter Swans
	These swans are believed to be Trumpeters because of the flat profile from crown to tip of bill, and the black in front of the eye not having a "pinched in" look. Send comments on ID to davidlambeth58201@yahoo.com. Will be reviewed by NDRBC.
